RE: Affordable Housing Development Incentives for SunTerrace Workforce Townhomes
SunTerrace Townhomes, LLC is planning to build a 56 unit multi -family rental project within
the Old Town North Subdivision. Six (6) dwelling units, or 10%, will be affordable according to
Section 5.1.2 of the City of Fort Collins Land Use Code. Therefore, this project qualifies for a
reduction in the minimum size standards for tree plantings according to Section 3.2.1(D)(5) of
the Land Use Code.
Note that the reduction is contingent upon the Urban Renewal Authority's (URA) approved
application for tax increment financing and should not be honored otherwise.
