The Current Planning Department has received your request for one six-month
extension for Old Town North Second Filing, Being a Replat of Blocks 6 and 9,
Old Town North, And a Portion of Tract E Replat of Evergreen Park. The Project
Development Plan (P.D.P.) is also known as Sunterrace Townhomes. (Project
#16-09.)
The P.D.P. and Plat were approved by the Administrative Hearing Officer on
August 18, 2009. This approval is valid for three years to August 18, 2012 by
which time a Final Plan must be submitted or a Request for Extension must be
submitted. A P.D.P. is eligible for one six-month extension which may be
granted administratively by the Director.
In accordance with Section 2.2.11(C), the Current Planning Department hereby
extends the time validity for Sunterrace Townhomes to February 18, 2013.
