A letter from the owner of 625 S Meldrum must be received prior to hearing. 12/04/2012: A temporary construction easement/agreement from the adjacent property owners will be required for the concrete retaining wall construction on the north and south property lines. The proposed retaining wall and fence will be constructed as shown in the attached exhibits. Based on a site evaluation and conversation with a landscaping contractor, we feel it is reasonable to construct the proposed retaining wall and fence without a temporary construction easement/agreement from the adjacent property owner(s) at 625 South Meldrum Street.
