Hello David, as we discussed on the phone, the owner of 220 E. Olive Street would like to lease
a portionof the building to a microbrewer. A microbrewery is not listed as a permitted use in
the N-C-B zone so the owner has applied for an Addition of a Permitted Use. The owner has
indicated that a portion of the building would be leased to an office tenant which is a permitted
use in the N-C-B. The project is at the beginning of the process and there is ample time for
citizen participation. Your landlord, Park View Partners, is on the mailing list. I have added
you to the mailing list as well. The project has not been scheduled for public hearing. Please
feel free to call me if you have any additional questions at 221-6343.
