Mr. Olt,
Mr. Beckers (1012 N. Taft Hill Rd), who has applied for annexation into the city,is not in
compliance with the conditions of the County Special Review which also required
annexation. The Special Review required a 25-foot buffer along both property lines east
of the County #2 Ditch which crosses the eastern 1/3 of his propoerty. He as installed a
concrete block manure bunker and moved two buildings right up against the property line
(see attached photo). They do not even have the minimum side -yard setback. I am
requesting that as part of your review for annexation, you ensure that Mr. Beckers meets
the conditions of the Special Review.
