Attachments: Dixon Creek Package 130104.pdf Hi Bruce, Yes, I am generally okay with what they're proposing, but we're still working on the landscape plans (see latest version attached). I just sent them back a lengthy email trying to increase the species diversity and to specifically have them plant Austrian or Southwestern White Pine on the northeast and southeast corners, because we still don't feel there is adequate screening there. They know that they'll have more work to do after the hearing. I did talk with Scott, the gentlemen from PRPA that I'm working with on the project, and he indicated that they cannot turn the dark, double row of blocks vertically, as you had suggested. The blocks are designed to be stackable on their length, and not on their width. Does that help? -Lindsay x6143 P.S. As an FYI, I'm heading out of the country this week, so Sherry will be taking this item to hearing, so I'm cc'ing her so she's in the loop.
