I used a rolling tape measure today and I agree with the zoning measurement for the lot frontage. I believe that the lot could still accommodate the parking of four vehicles and have attached a PDF file, of my rendition, of two ways to achieve this, in three proposals. I apologize for not presenting my request with parking in this manner, in the first place. I believe that all three proposals address the zoning comments related to parking. would appreciate further comments related to the PDF file, specifically whether or not I successfully addressed the parking issue, for five tenants/four vehicles, with my proposed modifications.
