If you have this information, I'd greatly appreciate a reply. 1. What is the city -measured area of the front yard for 516 Deines Court (I could not find it in the PDP documents)? 2. Does the city do an independent measurement of the front yard or rely on the developer's measurement? 3. If the city measured, how was the area determined, specifically related to the curvature of the lot where it meets the cul-de-sac circle? Was the cul-de-sac frontage measured as a straight line or curvature? Could you give me the contact info of the staff member or group who measured? 4. Where is the 19' depth for parking spaces measured from? Does the measurement start at the sidewalk, the asphalt? 5. Must the entire width of the parking spot be 19' deep? 6. Has there been any correspondence with Debra Cook since these documents were created? Not since she submitted her development application. The first round of staff development review is 3 weeks in length. We will be meeting with Ms. Cook on Wednesday, March 215t to discuss her submittal documentation. For instance, have there been any further back and forth comments or document revisions? No, there has not been back and forth comments. That is what will occur on March 215t during staff's discussion with the applicant. At that time staff will determine if plans must be revised. If so, the applicant will have to go through another round of review 3/7/2012
