Annexation Statements:
1: The signers of the petition Shane L Beckers is the owner ( more than 50%) of the proposed
site.
2: As the owner, I am requesting the city to approve the'annexation and zoning change to UE
as indicated.
3: It is a requirement of the conditions of the special review process, which was initiated with
Larimer county, and' is desirable for the city of Fort Collins to annex the area to bring the site
into compliance with the inter-govemmental agreement between the city of Fort Collins and
Larimer County_

A tract of land being a portion of the tract of land described in the Warranty Deed
recorded November 27, 1996 at Reception No. 96085333; being located in the S1/2,
N1/2, S1/2, NWl/4, SWIM of Section 3, Township 7 North, Range 69 West of the 6th
P.M., which considering the West Iine of the SWIA of said Section 3 as bearing due
North with all bearings herein relative thereto is described as follows:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Sl/2, N1/2, Sl/2, NWl/4, SWl/4; thence
along the West line of said SWI/4 South, 90.60 feet; thence East, 40.00 feet to the East
Right -Of -Way line of North Taft Hill Road and the Point of Beginning; thence East,
106.75 feet; thence North 44 degrees 01 minutes East, 15.65 feet; thence East, 58.00 feet;.

1. That it is desirable and necessary that such area be annexed to the City of Fort Coffins.
2. That the requirements of Sections 31-12-104 and 31-12-105, C-R-S_, exist or have been
met
