Box 580 Fort Collins, CO 80522-0580 970.221.6750 970.224.6134 - fax fcgov. com/developmentreview On Monday, September 26, 2011, at 5:15 p.m., in the Venti Conference Room (second floor) at 281 North College Avenue, Fort Collins, Colorado, the City of Fort Collins Hearing Officer will conduct an administrative public hearing to consider a development proposal in your neighborhood. The project is referred to as T-Mobile at 1108 West Vine Drive Wireless Telecommunication Facility, Project Development Plan. T-Mobile Wireless is proposing to construct a new 70 foot wireless telecommunication pole and 469 square foot electrical equipment facility area in the northwest corner of the Animal House property located on the northwest corner of West Vine Drive and North Shields Street. In addition to the 70 foot pole, the proposed structure and also includes a six (6) foot wood screening fence with additional landscaping at the base. The site is zoned C-L, Limited Commercial, and Wireless Telecommunication Facilities are permitted in this zone district, subject to an administrative public hearing. The list of affected property owners for this public meeting is derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been missed.
