Commu y Planning and Environmental .vices Current Planning City of Fort Collins August 28, 2002 Dear Resident: On Tuesday, September 10, 2002, at the Plymouth Congregational Church, 916 West Prospect Road, Fort Collins, CO. 80526, from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., the City of Fort Collins Planning Department will hold a neighborhood information meeting to discuss a development proposal in your neighborhood. The project is referred to as Redevelopment of 808 and 814 West Prospect Road — Apartments. As proposed, the project consists of redeveloping the two parcels by removing the existing structures and constructing an apartment building featuring 33 dwelling units. The primary design feature of the project is that entire ground floor would be devoted to parking. The apartment building would then occupy the upper three floors so the building would achieve an overall height of four stories or approximately 41 feet above grade. In addition to under -structure parking, there would be surface parking as well. 808 and 814 West Prospect Road are located on the north side of Prospect between Shields Street and Whitcomb Street. (Please see map on reverse.) The parcel is .76-acre in size and zoned H-M-N, High Density Mixed -Use Neighborhood. The list of affected property owners for this public meeting is derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been missed.
