Department: Current Planning v • F• Staff is concerned about the use of corrugated black metal siding on the south elevation. This is not a typical residential building material found in most neighborhoods and yet the south elevation will be the most visible. While we are keenly aware that the H-M-N zone encourages the proposed housing type, we cannot help but think that such a contemporary building material represents a radical departure from the existing character of the neighborhood. We are concerned that the generous use of metal may cause glare, especially Page 5 V. f:.
