Request for extension
In order to keep this project in the development review process, we are
requesting the allowed 60-day extension for the re -submittal of staff comments to
808 West Prospect Mixed Use PDP - Type 1 (LUC) # 41-02.
City comments were received on June,11 2003. The applicant is in the process
of coordinating the proposed and existing utilities related to West Prospect. This
has caused additional time to process the re -submittal and therefore a request
for a 60-day extension.
Date of staff project review: June 11, 2003
90-days: September 11, 2003
60-day extension: November 11, 2003
