Request for submittal extension
Dear Ted,
I am writing on behalf of Mr. Kevin Frazier, for the 808 West Prospect'Mixed Use
PUD Submittal. We would like to request amextension to the pending re=submittal
deadline.
Mr. Frazier has recently purchased a neighboring property, 800 W. Prospect, which
will now be incorporated as a part of the 808 PUD submittal. The adjacent 800 W
Prospect property will provide additional parting. The design team will need
additional time to prepare the design and engineering documents, and, modify, the
submittal documents. In addition, Mr. Frazier is currently negotiating with a second
adjacent property owner who fronts on Lake,Street. ,It is our.goal to bring utility
services from Lake street to the 808 Prospect Project, and with the,potential utility
easement to the North, a pedestrian / bike path will also be incorporated from 808
Prospect to Lake Street.
With these recent developments, Mr. Frazier has requested that I assist him, in
preparing additional design and planning- documents: Mr. Frazier is also considering .
hiring another engineering company for design and preparation for the upcoming
submittal.
With these various changes and evolution of the 808 W. Prospect PUD, additional.
time will be required by the design team to prepare for the pending re -submittal.
