January 2, 2004
On Thursday, January 13, 2004, from 7:00-9:00, at Plymouth Congregational
Church, 916 W. Prospect Road, the City of Fort Collins Planning Department
will hold a neighborhood information meeting to discuss a development proposal
in your neighborhood. The project is known as 800, 808 and 814 West Prospect
Road Condominium Project PDP.
This is an expanded project. The project now consists of the Goff property to the
east, addressed as 800 W. Prospect Road. The project consists of 66 one -
bedroom dwelling units and six two -bedroom dwelling units, for a total of 72
dwelling units.
As proposed, the building would be four stories in height and all four stories will
contain dwelling units. There is no at -grade parking underneath the building. The
new parcel size is 1.56 acres.
The list of affected property owners for this public information meeting is derived
from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time
between home occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a
few affected property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify
your neighbor of this pendingmeeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity
to attend. If you are unable to attend this meeting, written comments are
welcome.
