We are proposing that the access to lake street be a one way alley with sidewalk. Due to limited area, we are proposing a 12' drive way and 6' sidewalk. 65. Noted. 66. Noted. 67. Noted. Response to staff comments dated 5/24/04 A Design Collaborative Engineering: General: 3. We have increased the parking setback. We would like to discuss a variance of 1.83 feet for the parking setback on the west side of the driveway. 4. Refer to engineering documents. 5. The sidewalk adjacent to Prospect has been relocated to the edge of the future ROW, and is 6' in width, and is shown to tie into the existing walks at either side of the property. 6.
