Thanks for your email, Polly. Could I get a copy of the documents you refer to that were
submitted for final review? This would be the plans prepared by the professional firm. This may
be the Site Plan Steve refers to below. I do not believe I have this document.
Would I get this from you or from Steve?
Also, I would like to request a copy of all other recently changed plans or documents related to
this PDP, as I requested in my message below. Would it be possible to get these?
Thank you very much for your time!

i Eric,
Ginny Sawyer forwarded your email to me.
I have been assured by both the Zoning and Planning staff that approval won't/can't happen without
knowing that the plans are accurate. Since nothing has been improved for parking beyond what is
currently there, there would be nothing for Code Compliance to measure at this time.
The conceptual plan may have had a simplified property line but what has been submitted for final
review is the recorded plat with the calculations made by a professional firm. I've seen them and been
assured that the measurements are accurate and that no more than 40% of the front yard will be
improved for parking. Should they exceed that after the fact, we would deal with it as a municipal code
violation but that would be a rogue move and not something anticipated.
Let me know if you have any other questions I might be able to answer.
