Please review the image below which was take from our site plan sheet.... it is of the ownership certification (also shown in the top right corner of the attached pdf). Please provide direction for what I should write after `Owner'... seems like if Transfort isn't signing the mylar they may not need to be listed as the owner? Transfort is listed again below "County of Larimer"...how do you want this to read? Also, please review the rest of the ownership certification to make sure you are ok with it. Has Helen or Sheri been able to review the ownership certification yet? Once they provide review of this I will re -plot this mylar sheet for signature. 2. It appears as though the offsite/onsite easements/legal descriptions/etc. have been completed.... Andrew can you please confirm this? Once I hear back on the two items above we can submit our mylars....fyi the mylars will have a May 3 submittal date since they were all plotted back then prior to hearing that the two items above needed follow up.
