Thanks for summarizing our discussion Jerod. Yes the code references the last comment letter date as the date the
expiration is based on. Since we've been in informal review for sometime, there have been many emails that would qualify
as your resubmitting information for the STC submittal, but with me leaving soon, I don't want another planner to
unknowingly base an expiration on the last formal comment letter.
If you can submit in the next week that would be wonderful, if not, I will just make sure the file is up-to-date with the email
correspondence and I'll let Steve Olt (the planner who will be taking this over) know about this.
I hope this didn't shock anyone too much, it was not intended to questions the project's validity, but rather to make sure this
moves forward smoothly in the event someone else finalizes it.
Thanks all,
Emma McArdle I City of Fort Collins

Ron,
I spoke with Emma today regarding STC and she mentioned that we would need to get the mylars submitted by end of next
week (11/4/11) in order to keep her on this project as the planner. She also mentioned that submittals technically expire 6
months after City comments have been provided, and as you know this project has been in a waiting period for quite a
while now. We have had informal comments as late as August of 2011 which may allow us to submit after the 6 months
deadline, but Emma wanted me to inform the team that we may need to request an extension if someone else takes.over
as planner (i.e. if we submit after 11/4/11). Emma, please correct/clarify any items above as needed... you are the expert.
Thanks,
Jerod
