Lima November 17, 2004 To Whom It May Concern: This letter is in regard to the proposed development of Frazier Subdivision, located at 800, 608, and 814.West Prospect. I represent the ownership for the adjoining property to the north, 775 West Lake Street, Hi-Un Apartments. I have reviewed the current conceptual site plan for the Frazier Subdivision. The . conceptual plan shows a utility easement located on the western edge of the HR4n Apartments property, and an emergency access from the Frazier Subdivision through the existingparking area on the eastern portion of the Hi -Lan Apartments property. It is my understanding the sewer line and electrical line will be located within an easement angled from`the North West comer of Frazier Subdivision to the western boundary of the KH an Apartments property. It is our understanding that there exists a 15'-0° wide easement along.the westem boundary of Hi -Lan Apartment property and an additional 5'4r to 10'4r of easement maybe ;� � Y required for the new utilities. The emergency access easement W connect the p Proposed parking area Frazier Subdivision to the existing;parkingon the eastern' half of the HI -Lan property. G The 20'-0" emergency access easement will be located within the existing parking drive isle. Subject to final design requirements and City of Ft. Collins approval of the Frazier Subdivision,.the:Owners of: both Frazier Subdivision, and Hi -Lan Apartments wc11 in good faith proceed with the proper legal documentation for the easement per the terns previously discussed by the parties..
