We are ok with the overall changes to the plat. However, the previous developer of this project did not want to pursue a land development agreement with Centurylink (Qwest at that time) which requires trench and/or conduit pathways for cabling of the subdivision. That would have applied to the single family plat originally submitted. With the change to duplex type the need for a land development contract does not necessarily apply but would require the developer to place a conduit backbone run as well as service drop conduits per PUC regulations. Centurylink would then place the subdivision cabling and service drops for the units. The water and sanitary sewer taps must be purchased and owned by the Home Owners Association. This note is to be included in the plat notes. Meter pits are to be installed. The meter pits are to be located in non -traffic areas. The record drawings for phase 2 of the project are to be submitted for review and approval. The existing single family home is shown as a duplex. Additional water and sanitary sewer fees are to be paid.
