Halopoff, PE 2620 East Prospect Road, Suite 190 Fort Collins CO 80525 Reference: Arcadia Development and Soft Gold Park Dear Timothy, This letter is to state the intent of Park Planning and Development to work with the Arcadia Development for our mutual benefit. This includes the Development providing an easement through the property for an irrigation pipe line from the Larimer-Weld Canal to the park property. The City is granting an easement for the development's stormwater to enter and exit the park site. The City and the Developer agree to design and develop the joint irrigation/detention pond on park property with appropriate cost sharing. We will continue to work on any other items of mutual benefit as may become apparent during the design process. Thanks again for getting us involved in the development process and understanding that our cooperative efforts will result in improvements that will benefit your development and the park.
