the twice -per -year schedule but we will need the owner to complete the
Rezoning Application.
2. Current Planning has comments on labeling on the site plan, landscape plan
and plat. Please see redlines.

information for each lot. The lots identified as "Duplex or single family" will need to
be identified as to which they will be prior to electric system design. As an
alternative the electric system can be designed, and Electric Development Charges
based, on the assumption they are duplexes. Response to this comment is not
required as a condition of development approval but will need to be addressed
before electric system design.

discuss this further. Should it be deemed appropriate to delay the construction of
the sidewalk, the developer will still be obligated for the sidewalk adjacent to Tract A
as the tract of land is undergoing development under 24-95 of the City Code. We
would need to look at providing for funds in lieu of constructing the sidewalk in this
location.

should each provide for a third access ramp across the street. At the intersection of

of the street which requires one access ramp on the west side to split in two
directions.
