I have a couple of questions to CAO related to the undetained flows and how to best address that question. I think the outfall is within the existing ROW but will wait to hear from Wes on that. What information or response do you need from NAD to move this forward? Daylan -----Original Message ----- From: Courtney Levingston Sent: Wednesday, December 05, 2012 9:57 AM To: Daylan Figgs; Wes Lamarque Subject: Hickory Commons - Undetained water flowing to natural area Hi Daylan, Our applicant, Troy Jones, is looking to schedule a public hearing for the Hickory Commons project between Hickory and Hemlock Street, west of College Avenue. I was hoping to get confirmation with you that it is acceptable that undetained water flows to the natural area from the edges of this project. I understand the civil engineer for this project, Sam Eliason, has been coordinating with you but I have not seen any confirmation from you regarding this and I want to confirm this prior to hearing. Additionally, I am also looking for confirmation from Wes that the stormwater outfall is not on the natural areas, but rather is in the Hemlock ROW prior to hearing. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions or would like to discuss further with the applicant.
