Hello Dave, the Major Amendment fee is $3,206 plus $50 sign posting, plus $0.75 cents per name on the mailing list.
Regarding the T.D.R.F., you will have to discuss any arrangement with Engineering as it is a separate fee.

Can you confirm the fee amount due with our Major Amendment submittal for Penny Flats Lot 1A?
Being that the major amendment does not make any changes to the previously approved civil drawings, we are making a
formal request within the statement of planning objectives to have the TDR fees waived. Do I still need to pay a portion
of these at the time of submittal?
