Mr. Shepard,
I thank you for your letter of April 30 informing us of the proposed changes at Penny
Flats, Major Amendment to Lot I of the First Replat, OJA 12-0001. In this letter you
invited written comments, as my wife and I are unable to attend meetings in Fort Collins.
Ours was Unit 307 in the Penny Flats development that was destroyed by fire and water.
For your information and all those concerned, we applaud the proposed changes to the
effect of lowering the dwelling unit to four stories, which is more consonant to the
existing two buildings, the new one under construction, and the existing one destroyed by
fire.
The number of units is not of concern to us.
Thank you and your staff for sharing this information with us. Much appreciated.
I include phone number and e-mail address below.
Sincerely,
["—
