I refer to your letter of June 7' 215 Whedbee Fort Collins 80524 �p \,A �2 0� I would like to register my serious objection to the proposal to allow "off site" parking at the above. The number of parking spaces proposed is reduced from the Land Use Code as well as being sufficiently removed from the proposed apartments to inhibit their use due to security concerns (or just plain laziness) by residents. In this area we already have limited on street parking for homes that were built years before on site parking became a requirement. With the library being increasingly busy, the proposed residents would quickly fill up what on street parking there is, inhibiting the free use of the library and library park. We already have a problem with student vehicles being left for days on end in the street outside our home (a situation that has been reported a number of times but not satisfactorily dealt with). respectfully suggest that you view the area on Friday and Saturday evening and you will see the potential problems. /� J Sincerely Chris Reid (cjreid7@Jmail.com)
