[3/16/04] It is difficult to tell from the plan sets if there is an accessible ADA route
from the handicap parking stalls to the units. Please clarify this for the next submittal.

location near the buildings main entrance and not impede pedestrian traffic.

the current building. This proposed project will need to relocate the meter into a pit

plant material.

existing electric service to be removed. In addition, charges to modify the electric
system will apply for installation costs of an underground power line from the source
in the alley approximately 200 ft. north of this site. A PRELIMINARY estimate of
these costs, based on currently available data, is in the $25,000.00 range. Electrical
heat is discouraged. Coordinate power requirements with Light & Power
Engineering (224-6152).

(4' is the minimum width of concrete that is allowed to be added to widen a
sidewalk).
