Dear Don: On Thursday, June 17, 2004, at the regular meeting of the City of Fort Collins Planning and Zoning Board, the Board voted 4 — 1 to approve Atrium Suites, 502 West Laurel Street, Request for Modification and P.D.P., #7-04A, subject to the following condition: At the time of submittal for Final Plan, the applicant shall demonstrate compliance with the minimum parking requirement for the number of dwelling units, and the number of bedrooms per unit, by securing the necessary number of off -site parking spaces in a manner that complies with both Section 3.2.2(D)(3)(a)2. — Off -Site Parking Spaces and Section 3.2.2(K)(1) — Parking Lots — Required Number of Spaces.
