follows:
Considering the East line of said Block 77 as bearing North 00004'14" East and with all
bearings contained herein relative thereto:
Commencing at the Southeast comer of said Lot 8, said point also being the TRUE
POINT OF BEGINNING of this description; thence along the East line of said Lot 8,

(previously described as 217.2 feet) to a point on the South line of said Block 77; thence
along said South line South 89'58'42" East 109.98 feet (previously described as 110.00
feet) to the true point of beginning.
