It is not clear to me what changes will be taking place. If you wouldn't mind just emailing me with a brief description of the scope of the project I would appreciate it. That way I can double check our usual criteria for preliminary preview and get back to you if I do have any concerns. The LUC code may allow a 15- 25' building setback range. At a minimum, a shade tree should be placed in a cut-out or tree grate directly south of the HC parking space.
