Comment Number: 2 Comment Originated: 06108/2012 06/08/2012: Please verify that the HC ramp to the south meets standard clearance requirements at top of ramp. It appears that the ramp may be too close to the comer of the building, verify with engineering staff that this is acceptable. Comment Number: 3 Comment Originated: 06/08/2012 06/08/2012: The 4.5' sidewalk dimension in front of the building is tight. A minimum of five to six feet is preferred to the face of curb. Topic: Landscape Plans Comment Number: 4 Comment Originated: 06/08/2012 06/08/2012: Related to to comment three: 3.2.1(E)(2)(d) requires at least five feet of landscaping in front of 50% of the building. An effort to put more landscaping at the building entrance and building face should be investigated. Perhaps the eastern 25' building setback along the frontage road could be reduced. The LUC code may allow a 15' - 25' building setback range. At a minimum, a shade tree should be placed in a cut-out or tree grate directly south of the HC parking space. A proposed tree south of the building can be relocated to meet this requirement. Refer to redline plan.
