To Whom It May Concern:
We shall need two easements / right-of-ways to complete the project. The 1s` is the cross -access
between our property and the property to the west. This shall be delivered by the current owner before
the applicant closes on the property. The 2nd is the access agreement with CDOT on the access on the
north side of the property, which will be obtained before a building permit is pulled.
