The project is referred to as Transfort Expansion — Major Amendment. This will be the second neighborhood meeting for this project. As proposed, the expansion includes a new 9,000 square feet bus shelter to protect the new bus fleet from weather. In addition, a new 950 square foot building would provide slow -fill fueling capabilities for CNG (compressed natural gas) buses. Also, the existing bus wash facility will be enlarged by 600 square feet to accommodate newer larger buses. The new location of the proposed bus storage building will directly adjoin the existing building along the north wall as if it were a building addition. And, the new bus storage building will feature a flat roof to match the existing building. For the summary of the first neighborhood meeting, go to www.fc-gov.com/currentplanninq/pdf/transfort meeting notes.pdf The list of affected property owners for this public meeting is derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor concerning this pending meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
