We will install the new compressors for this operation in the existing facility and run a line underground to the expansion. This removes the concerns about the noise for the neighborhood. Thanks, Ron From: Ted Shepard Sent: Monday, October 25, 2010 11:00 AM To: 'Jason Claeys; Kurt Ravenschlag; Ron Kechter Subject: Transfort Expansion Hello Jason, I am preparing my affected property owners letter for the Transfort Expansion Administrative Hearing for Monday, November 8th. There was discussion about a separate building for the CNG slow fueling facility. Will there still be a separate building as I am not seeing one on the Site Plan dated Sept. 15th? Or, will the fueling be within the new structure? I would like to mention this aspect of the operation in my letter which goes out today. Thanks, Ted 10/25/2010
