College Avenue Fort Collins, CO. 80524 RE: Landmark Apartments, LLC Dear Mr. Holland; By way of introduction, we are the owners/managers (Summit Management Services, Inc.) of Landmark Apts, which, as you know, is immediately adjacent to the proposed Landmark Apts expansion site. Since ownership/management will be the same, it is our intention to operate both the existing and expansion project as "one" community from the existing Landmark Apts office. This also means we will be able to grant vehicular/ pedestrian and construction traffic through Landmark and allow cross - parking between both properties. Of course, all amenities currently available to the existing residents (swimming pool, sand volleyball court, laundry facilities and all active turf areas) will be made available to residents of the proposed Landmark Apts Expansion project. Thank you and I trust this will be satisfactory Cc: H Newman A Pollachek Very Truly Yours, SUM MITfiANAGEMJNT SEyVICES, INC. Edward M.
