Dear Mr. Holland;
By way of introduction, we are the owners/managers (Summit Management Services, Inc.) of Landmark
Apts, which, as you know, is immediately adjacent to the proposed Landmark Apts expansion site.
Since ownership/management will be the same, it is our intention to operate both the existing and
expansion project as "one" community from the existing Landmark Apts office. This also means we will
be able to grant vehicular/ pedestrian and construction traffic through Landmark and allow cross -
parking between both properties. Of course, all amenities currently available to the existing residents
(swimming pool, sand volleyball court, laundry facilities and all active turf areas) will be made available
to residents of the proposed Landmark Apts Expansion project.

PROJECT DEVELOPMENT PLAN (PDP)
The following information is required to be submitted with all applications, unless waived by
staff. Any item waived must be dated and initialed by a planner with the City of Fort Collins
Communitv Development and Neiahborhood Services Department.

❑ Three lists (3) of names and addresses of all owners of record of real property within at least 800' of the
property lines for the parcel of land for which the project is proposed, exclusive of public right-of-way. (Two
(2) lists typed on mailing labels (30 names per sheet) and the other list on a reproducible copy of those
labels). Effective 9/17/12; All information provided on mailing labels must be submitted digitally in a
Microsoft Excel format.

Copy of applicable conceptual letter and response letter explaining how issues have been addressed (31
