With this proposal, the driveway would need to be reconfigured such that the driveway approach maintains ADA compliant grades for the sidewalk movement across the driveway. Please add a note to the site plan indicating that: "Drive approach to be reconfigured to be ADA compliant for public sidewalk across the driveway prior to the issuance of a certificate of occupancy. A "Permit for Drive Approach / Sidewalk in Public Right -of -Way" is required prior to this work being performed."
