If these crossings are intended to promote pick-up/drop-off maneuvers, can this be accomplished on -site as Midpoint is not intended to have parking on -street and bike lanes could potentially be added to this roadway. It would be ideal if perhaps in conjunction with the concrete channel, a sidewalk chase were installed to direct flows under the walk and not continue to perpetuate nuisance flows over the sidewalk, as noted in 7.7.4 of the Larimer County Urban Area Street Standards.
