12/17/2012: The utility plans are not aligned with the site and landscape plans - please add the
note below to the overall grading and drainage sheets, and change the "wildlife movement
corridor" label to "Natural Habitat Buffer Zone."
10/10/2012:1 did not receive a revised set of utility plans to verify the signature line, but this can
be verified prior to mylars.
9/11/2012: Please label the Natural Habitat Buffer Zone (NHBZ) on the construction plans and
add a note on the construction, site, and landscape plan that says, 'Please see Section 3.4.1
of the Land Use Code for allowable uses within the Natural Habitat Buffer Zone." Please also
add a signature line for the environmental planner.
