10/02/2012: No comments on the annexation, but I did speak with Aaron Cvar regarding the
ouffall proposed into McClellands Creek, which will require an Army Corps of Engineers permit.
I also requested to review the seed mix used to restore any construction efforts this project
might have while in the County.
