Dear Mr. Olt:
I have reviewed you submission to our client of January 20, 2012. In my review of the
submitted drawings, it appears that our existing access road along the south (low) side of the
ditch is being maintained without involvement and there is no proposed storm water run-off to
go into the Canal. If this is the correct case we have no further comments or concerns about this
project.
