Here is a mix for you.
As for shrubs and trees we don't have a lot of choices for native species and a lot of them are fruit
bearing. You could use: Cottonwood, Hackberry, Ponderosa Pine, Rocky Mountain juniper, Chokecherry,
Woods rose and American plum. But my best suggestion is to have a local artist do some are work on it,
graffiti artists will usually leave someone else's work alone.

I will need a couple of species mixes for Pineridge.
1. Grass/forbs along the road; this can be more than a single species mix.
2. Shrub/tree species that can be used to screen the west wall of Dixon Creek Substation. The wall
will be constructed with block and will be approximately 12 feet high. I would like to avoid berry
producing shrubs (may not be a place we want to attract wildlife); also any shrubs that are thorny
may be a good choice (make it difficult for graffiti artists to approach the wall).
