College Ave. PO Box 580 Fort Collins, CO 80522-0580 970.221.6750 970.224.6134 - fax fcgov.com/Currentp/ann/*ng August 15, 2012 The neighborhood information meeting for the Colorado State University — Engines and Energy Conversion Lab Expansion is scheduled for MONDAY, AUGUST 27, 2012 On Monday August -- August 27,2012, from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m., in Eagle Room Three at the City of Fort Collins Northside Aztlan Center, 112 East Willow Street, the City of Fort Collins Current Planning Department will hold a neighborhood information meeting to discuss a development proposal in your neighborhood. The project is referred to as Colorado State University — Engines and Energy Conversion Lab Expansion, 430 North College Avenue, #BDR-12-000-6. As proposed, the project consists of expanding the existing Engines and Energy Conversion Lab by adding a new four-story building containing 64,430 square feet. The new space would be used for laboratories, offices and support space. Combined with the existing building of 26,083 square feet, there would be a new total of 90,521 square feet. There would be 63 parking spaces to serve the site. Temporary out -buildings would be removed. The site is located southeast quadrant of the Poudre River and North College Avenue. (Please see map on reverse.) The Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad forms the southeast boundary of the site. The site is zoned P-O-L, Public Open Lands.
