Wes,
I just left you a voicemail regarding the existing development agreements for the two properties
involved in the Sterling House Replat and if there is a need to have a separate agreement for this
project. I tend to believe that a new development agreement for this project would probably be the
cleanest way to tie up the fact that both properties have separate existing development agreements.
However, I wanted to get your thoughts from a stormwater standpoint and see if you had the same
feelings and make sure we were consistent in our comments.

Wes and I discussed briefly yesterday at staff review and are in agreement that we would prefer to
see a new development agreement prepared for this project to cleanup the two existing agreements
and get the language updated and recorded with the County.
