I tend to believe that a new development agreement for this project would probably be the cleanest way to tie up the fact that both properties have separate existing development agreements. However, I wanted to get your thoughts from a stormwater standpoint and see if you had the same feelings and make sure we were consistent in our comments. Call me when you have a moment.
