The TIS has been waived for the above development proposal.
The proposal is an existing facility on Rule Drive, east of Harmony and is planned to gain an
additional building plus additional square footage to the two existing buildings (approx total additions
of 49K sf). Based on the existing plus new number of beds this proposal will not generate enough
traffic to require a traffic review. Their typical hours of transportation impact do not coincide with
normal daily rush hours and the traffic generated is primarily comprised of staff, deliveries and
visitors.
