That being said, the project is allowed 56 parking spaces maximum pursuant to Section 3.2.2 of the City of Fort Collins Land Use Code. The total number of employees at maximum shift is 44. The site plan will show the maximum parking stalls as calculated. 129 beds x .33 = 42 spaces plus 44 employees x .5 = 22 spaces equals a total parking count of 64 stalls for the entire community.
