Brookdale Senior Living Expansion project
Dear Ms. Levingston:
Thank you for the opportunity to comment on the expansion project.
As is known to all who live in the immediate neighborhood, Lemay is already a very busy feeder .
street.
There can be a long wait to cross Lemay getting to the heavily used Miramont facility, or to cross
Lemay onto Rule Drive coming from the North.
I remind all concerned that the increased traffic will impact existing schools.
Will the developer pay for at least two traffic lights, one at Lemay and Whaler, already a dangerous
intersection; and a second at Lemay and Rule?
Is another facility as the one proposed really needed?
Just say NO.
