Dear Courtney,
My company owns the property located at 644-650 S. College Ave. and
104-112 E. Laurel.
I have no problem with the development. However there needs to be
parking provided for these students. The area is already a parking nightmare! My
property has a small parking lot which is impossible to manage. Students park
anywhere and everywhere. Address the parking issue and you have my vote.
