Your application for the conversion of the house at 842 E. Stuart into a.4 tenant Extra Occupancy Rental House has been
approved with the following conditions:
1. The 3 parking spaces must be striped on the concrete driveway prior to certificate of occupancy.
2. Only one kitchen/cooking appliance allowed.
3. The rooms indicated as'study' on the floor plan can't be used as sleeping rooms.
Please provide me with a mylar and then the development review process will be complete and you can then apply for
your permit/co with the building department.
