Sherrie, I tend to agree with the expectation of a connection.
Ruff has a fair sized piece of land that could be developed. Per the County aerials it's about 715' from Saber Tooth to the
north edge of Ruff's property so they could possibly get an access from Ziegler since connections can be at the 660'
mark per City criteria. I'm sure it would come down to what is proposed on Ruff's property as to what access locations
they attain from the City, but in general our Codes talk about connectivity and planning for future connectivity so I'm in
agreement with the possible connectivity and minimizing connections to arterial streets.
Possibly have Sherri add it to this week's Trans Coord agenda to get a broad input from staff.

Subject: Harvest Park/Ziegler ODP
Ward: The Harvest Park/Ziegler ODP does not show a future access into the property to the north (Ron Ruffs property),
which is the last undeveloped piece on the west side of Ziegler Road between Harmony and this ON. There are streets
existing in Harvest Park behind the Ruff property that could serve it. I had asked the consultant to show a future access
"arrow' on the ODP toward the Ruff property, but they didn't add it (not sure why). Is this something I should continue
to ask for? Thanks,
Sherry
